Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MemeCompany's digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

MemeCompany provides comprehensive digital marketing services including:

• SEO Optimization: Search engine optimization strategies to improve organic rankings and visibility
• PPC Campaigns: Pay-per-click advertising management across Google Ads and social media platforms
• Social Media Marketing: Social media strategy, content creation, and community management
• Content Marketing: Content strategy, creation, and distribution to engage target audiences

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and marketing goals
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and analytics tools required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content and materials provided comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. We typically offer monthly retainer packages or project-based pricing. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Service Performance

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, digital marketing outcomes depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Our commitment is to apply industry best practices and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance.

Intellectual Property

All strategies, methodologies, and proprietary tools developed by MemeCompany remain our intellectual property. Content created specifically for your campaigns (such as ad copy, blog posts, and social media content) becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, marketing strategies, and performance data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary for service delivery.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice. We will work with you to minimize disruption and provide alternative solutions when possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide a final report and transfer of campaign assets as specified in your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

MemeCompany's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or performance.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
